Who makes the pieces? Are they all handmade? 

I (Maya) make all of the ceramic pieces by hand moulding and carving and also hand paint each and every one!



How long will it take to ship my order?
 
Your order will be shipped a day or two after your order is placed! Christchurch pick-up is available the next business day.

What should I do if what I want it sold out?

Feel free to reach out via email or instagram direct message to place a 'made-to-order' request! I will do my best to recreate a design for you! There is a fee on top of the original price of the piece.


 
Are the ceramics dishwasher safe? 
 
The ceramics are completely safe in the dishwasher, however, hand wash is always best!


 
Do you do custom orders?
 
I absolutely do! Please feel free to DM me on Instagram with your idea and I’d be happy to help! They are usually around $200 as we work together to create a completely custom mug which takes around 3 weeks to make.
